Hi, though I am very interested in Twin Palms, I am also considering the Garden Residences as it is close to my hubb office. Only problem is that it will be ready in a ocuple of years. Next one would be Jade Hills almost all sold out.

Twin Palms is good but we have to drive everywhere and cant even acess the ERL station!

My final question would be, would Twin Palms appreciate same rate as Garden Residences? Gardens is right at Putrajaya business centre, next to Puchong, toll free access and has MEX for quick drive to KL.

Sg Long Twin Palms does not have commercial development and the toll booth may be a limiting factor to its growth.

Please help thanks.
